Premier JKD Martial Arts teaching method is taught
by a
Certified Full Instructor, Sifu Dane Junod, personally
trained and taught by Sifu Jerry Poteet, an original student of
Bruce Lee. Premier JKD Martial Arts is one of a kind.
A significant aspect of the Premier JKD Curriculum also includes a reference to Wing Chun. These are a series of economical movements combined to emphasize on energy or sensitivity as well as developing proper body structure and alignment. Independently, the techniques serve to develop key movements in simultaneous defense and attack which serves as a key component to the individual discoveries one will find on their path to training in Jeet Kune Do at Premier JKD Martial Arts.
